Refund & Return Policy

Cleo Good Day’s refund and returns policy for eligible items is 7 days from item delivery to ship your item back.

If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, according to tracking reference, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To confirm your return or exchange, the request must come from the email you used to purchase the product to prove your identity of ownership of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Eligible Items 

Not all items from Cleo Good Day are eligible for returns or exchanges. Personalized or Special Order items are too customized to re-sell, therefor they are unsellable, wasted materials, and will go unused and unloved.

If you are unsatisfied with your Personalized or Special Order, contact me directly at to resolve the issue.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a card will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within your cards processing time frame, each bank/credit cared is different.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then visit your bank’s help center for processing time frames or contact a support agent. If all those fail and your refund should have been posted, please email me back.


If you are unsatisfied with the final product you received, you may send it back for another option while covering the cost of shipping. Simply contact me to setup the exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to get full credit. Exchanges for different priced items is allowed and will be charged with new shipping invoice.

Shipping Returns

Once we confirm your items are eligible for a return or exchange, we will send you a return label to print off if you have the original package that was shipped to you. If you do not, you will need to ship it on your own within the 7 day return period.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
